Professional Experiences
For a change and challenge, I secured a job at Viseo in France to explore further how I would fit in a firm away from my home country. At Viseo, my first 6 months, I was working as a multi-client support and the next 6 months, I had been assigned to a system fusion which consists of re-creating 4 company codes and do necessary control, transcodification rules and data migration with existing tools.
At Talan a.k.a PasaPas, I had my first experience working with multiple clients simultaneously and on a PayAsYouGO operation where each client ticket had to be estimated and billed by the hour. The type of ticket had mostly been level 3 resolution and solved at a very high pace while capitalising on domain expert experience if needed to be able to bill client reasonably.
After graduating from University, I joined Accenture and was trained as a SAP FICO functional consultant for a period of 6 months and worked in shadow in ticket resolution. Then after, I was assigned to a system implementation project in relation to finance organisational structure, account receivable, payable, general ledger and FI-MM integration for another 6 months. The first phase of the Go-Live happened, and I was then assigned to the support Team for the next 4 years: Year 1 on support, I was mainly working on job monitoring of several financial automated ABAP programs (SM37, ST22) and email monitoring, failed jobs had to be analysed, explained, re-process if needed and participation in program improvements and bug correction and testing. Year 2-4, the monitoring task was delegated and I was more focused on ticket resolution of level 2 and 3 and analysis and resolution with cross-team ABAP for custom program maintenance. During those years, I had to help ramp up new recruits and participate in operational meeting and ticket backlog management, and raise any concern of any risks in deliveries.
